One of the very best!!!! The most trendy, original, artistic, inspiring charismatic engaging out of this world staff!!! From my valets!!! Front desk!!! Bartender!!! All remarkable people.....these people ..staff handpicked by LINE made my stay even more unforgettable!!!! My room was the most artistic room I have ever stayed in.....each room is unique I am sure....I had original art on my wall......one was a line drawing and collage......I go to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.....I've lived in Paris and Switzerland....and seen some of the most famous museums in the world......being in my room at the eleventh floor with the entire front side glass....facing the buildings across the street which had all glass windows was a spectacular experience........there were blinds...sheer and black out which I could operate with a remote.....and four lights each different with dimmers.....unique artistic furniture.....a mini bar to dream for....I did splurge!!! I was going to NBC Headquarters the next morning and wanted to be in a hotel which would inspire me....and LINE HOTEL.....HOTEL....room....restaurants!!! Valets!!! Reception!!! Overall this is a very good deal (I pay less than an airport hotel room) - the hotel is well designed and maintained, there are little details that are delightful, and both the rooms and public area are very clean. I am working remotely during the trip so the big desk is definitely a very good feature. The staff are nice, very helpful when needed but also just happy to leave us alone if we need privacy. I like the casual atmosphere in the hotel, not rigid greetings/ formalities. We stayed in the King Room which is quite comfortable for two people. It’s true that there are traffic noise from the street, but with the double layer curtain it’s fine (me and my friend have sleeping issues but we both find the situation alright!) K Town is a strange place- but I am in Los Angeles for Asian food, and I use the public transport so it works out very well.

This is my second time staying at the LINE and as always the staff was excellent. They went above and beyond when I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and left a card with wine. The Lobby area was a fun spot to grab quick bites and happy hour. Travis at the bar was amazing, making us want to go back! We also enjoyed the pool and the 2 clubs they have in the hotel which were super fun! I highly recommend both Breakroom 86 and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang but go early as the lines get long!

The Line hotel was great for my first time in Los Angeles. The location is convenient to explore other parts of LA (I travelled by uber everywhere). Staff are friendly and the room was well kept, clean and has everything you need, especially if you're staying for just a few days.

Overall a good solid contemporary hotel with a lot of meeting space downstairs, decent gym and friendly staff. Great location if you like to walk around. Plenty of great restaurants, spas, coffee shops etc. Also wonderful interesting architecture if that interests you
